1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via the online shop DriftLabel , owner: Leon Tent, Bachstraße 5, 34497 Korbach.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code). An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when concluding the contract, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity (Section 14 of the German Civil Code).
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with DriftLabel .
By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed during the ordering process.
4. Payment

5. Delivery
Delivery within Germany is carried out by a shipping service provider of our choice.
The delivery time is approximately 4-7 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery to packing stations is not possible.
Shipping abroad is not possible
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. The corresponding cancellation policy can be found on a separate page.
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory liability for defects applies.
For entrepreneurs: The limitation period for claims for defects is one year from the transfer of risk.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations have been violated.
9. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
